What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in Creative Production, Multimedia, Finished Art, or Digital Production Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-volume campaign rollouts and asset versioning
• Proven experience in deadline-driven, SLA-based production environments

Digital Production & Automation

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including automation workflows and scalable modules
• Experience producing HTML5 banners, rich media, and digital display assets
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills for rollout tracking, versioning, and workflow automation
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize production workflows

Adobe Creative & Motion

• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for finished art and layout
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion and video assets
• Solid understanding of typography, prepress, and print-ready artwork standards

Work Style & Communication

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects
• Excellent written and verbal English; confident working with international stakeholders
• Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume creative rollouts using Figma and templates
• Produce assets for print, digital, email, and motion campaigns
• Create HTML5 banners and rich media creatives
• Develop motion graphics and video assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
• Collaborate with global teams and meet tight deadlines
